Welcome To Grace Fellowship Church

Grace Fellowship Church is a God-glorifying, Christ-exalting, Word-centered church in Southern Illinois near the Bonpas Creek, existing for the glory and the good of the saints.

We seek to have a high view of the scriptures and The Worship of God. These convictions shape our worship, our practice, and our whole view of church life.

Each Lord’s Day, we gather to worship through the reading and preaching of Scripture, prayer, singing, catechism, the Lord’s Supper, and fellowship. Our services are rooted in the historic practices of the church and centered on the ordinary means of grace through which God extends his extraordinary power.

Whether you are exploring the faith or seeking a church home, we warmly invite you to join us. You will find a fellowship of believers committed to the glory of God, the gospel of Christ, and the faithful preaching of His Word.

What Is The Gospel?

Who Can Be Saved?

We believe in the Bible.  We believe it is without error. The Bible states that all men are sinners and will suffer their due punishment in everlasting torment unless they turn from their sin and believe in Jesus Christ. Belief in the Christ of the Bible is the only way to be saved. When we sin, we are immediately in violation of God’s law and deserve eternal punishment.  We owe a debt that we cannot pay. No amount of good works can save a person. No amount of money will prolong the punishment. Going to church every week does not make us Christians. We want there to be no confusion: Salvation is only found in Christ. Again, the good news of Jesus Christ is that he paid the debt we owe for our sin, and if we believe in Him, we will be saved.

Have Questions About Salvation?

If you have questions about the Christian faith or would like to learn more, please don’t hesitate to contact us today.  Come to our Sunday morning service, and start reading the Bible.  Please do something to get the nagging questions in your soul answered before it’s too late.

Psalm 19:7-9

The law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true; they are righteous altogether.
